Job Title: Membership and Events Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Membership and Events Administrator to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing our clients' key services and delivering high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle membership enquiries and process updates and renewals
  • Manage the membership CRM system and ensure records are up to date
  • Process membership invoices and support the annual renewal process
  • Provide administrative assistance for membership marketing activities
  • Organise and support the logistics for various events, including educational courses and corporate functions
  • Manage delegate registration, invoicing, and communications
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of the company's annual dinner
  • Create and update content for event apps and provide general event support
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using CRM systems (desirable)
  • Flexible, positive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
