Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with sales-related tasks, such as preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the Sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

  • A fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 0830 – 1700.
