About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced practitioner to join our Integrated Offender Health team in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will work closely with our Reconnect Service, supporting individuals with complex needs and vulnerabilities in the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for assessing and implementing care services for individuals with diverse needs, including those in custody, court, community, and prisons. They will work independently to assess, formulate, and agree care and support plans with adults and carers, and provide consultation, support, and clinical supervision to other health and social care professionals.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant nursing or allied health professional degree/diploma qualification or equivalent. They will possess excellent assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work with complex and diverse client groups. A strong understanding of the criminal justice system and its processes is essential.
