About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team at HMP Werrington, a young offender institution in Staffordshire. As a Podiatrist with Practice Plus Group, you will be part of a forward-thinking healthcare team delivering high-quality care to offenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based care to patients with complex and chronic foot and ankle conditions.
- Assess and treat patients with MSK pathologies, including diabetic patients and those requiring nail surgery.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner, maintaining records and determining clinical diagnosis and treatment.
About the Team
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and mental health professionals. Our team is committed to delivering best practice treatment and promoting a culture of reflection and shared learning.
