About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to join our team at HMP Werrington, a young offender institution located in Staffordshire. As a Podiatrist with Practice Plus Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex and chronic conditions.

Main Responsibilities

As a Podiatrist with our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery. You will need to determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, maintain records, and work as an autonomous practitioner.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration with post-registration experience assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
