About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and inputting accurate information onto databases
  • Producing reports, including graphs and tables, as directed
  • Communicating sensitively with individuals, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict standards
  • Performing general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and dealing with inquiries
  • Typing and producing letters, reports, and emails to a high standard of quality and accuracy
  • Maintaining room bookings and diaries
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Assisting with stock control and electronic ordering of office equipment and stationery
  • Reporting faults and maintaining central equipment
  • Recording data using information systems or manually
  • Complying with safe practice in accordance with Trust policies and procedures
  • Assisting colleagues with remote meetings and taking key responsibility for the smooth running of appointments
Person Specification
  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent
  • ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of MS Office packages
  • GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent
  • Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background
  • Previous experience working within a NHS Trust (desirable)
