We are looking for a talented individual to join our People team as a Recruitment Co-ordinator in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is a 6 month contract role where you will support the Talent Managers across all business areas, with a focus on Retail.

The Role

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for our Retail team. You will also assist with co-ordinating recruitment assessment days and use social media and job boards to attract top talent. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in recruitment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About You
  • You will have an engaging personality and natural ability to build rapport with applicants and stakeholders.
  • You will have proven experience in recruitment and be able to supply a suitable pipeline of candidates.
  • You will be a team player and able to support Talent Managers during peak recruitment periods.
