Bromford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Coach. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our goals by working with customers to ensure they get the best possible service from us. You will independently manage a patch of around two hundred homes, including new build homes and older properties, to provide effective maintenance management.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to allocate empty homes efficiently and manage customer expectations regarding repairs. This will involve identifying areas of concern and taking proactive steps to address them before issues escalate.

Key Responsibilities:
