Job responsibilities
This role will involve working closely with our care teams to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You'll have the opportunity to work on different shifts and days to cover staffing gaps, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
Person specification
- Previous experience of caring for older people is essential.
- You'll need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, using your initiative to resolve problems and make decisions.
Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
