In this role, you will work closely with our Wellbeing Coordinator to deliver a variety of activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the maintenance of a safe living and working environment that meets the needs of our residents.
  2. Collaborate with the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff to report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
  3. Assist with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities as directed by management.
  4. Develop partnerships with local community groups to enhance access to community resources and promote intergenerational activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude towards older people.
  • Ability to work in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
