Job Description: Support Assistant Mornings and Evenings

We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our team in Lichfield, working mornings and evenings. As a Support Assistant, you will provide support and companionship to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

The estimated salary for this role is £8-10 per hour, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. A full driving licence is required for this role, as well as the ability to work flexible hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support to our clients. You will also assist with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing, and help with light housekeeping. You will work closely with our CARE Professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and patient. You should also be able to listen actively and communicate effectively. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
