Care Assistant Opportunity

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our care team to provide support to our residents and ensure that they receive the highest standard of care and attention.

About the Job

You will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, medication administration, and providing emotional support. You will also work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive a holistic approach to care.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, which includes a competitive pay package and opportunities for free learning and development. As a Bank position, the hours and days you work will vary, but you will have the flexibility to choose when you are available to work.
