Practice Plus Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Engagement Professional to join our Primary Care team at HMP Swinfen Hall, a Category C men's Prison and Young Offenders Institution located in Staffordshire.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a non-judgmental approach towards patients. As a Patient Engagement Professional, you will play a vital role in improving patient engagement activities and promoting a positive healthcare experience.

Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position offering 4 shifts per week - 3 x 9 hour shifts and 1 x 10.5 hour shift. Our team provides a supportive environment for professionals to grow and develop their skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient.
  • Improving patient engagement activities and patient satisfaction through effective service user engagement and peer-led forums.
