A competitive salary of £33,000 per annum is offered for this challenging and rewarding position as a Senior Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare. As part of our dedicated care team, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding our carers to ensure they provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who can inspire and motivate our care staff to deliver exceptional care and services. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and mentoring our care assistants to ensure they meet the highest standards of care
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Collaborating with the Deputy General Manager to achieve outstanding results in delivering person-centred care
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A warm and caring approach towards our residents
