Activities Support Specialist

The Activities Support Specialist will work closely with the Wellbeing Coordinator to develop and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in planning and delivering activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
- Establish links with local community groups to create opportunities for intergenerational connections and activities.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to relevant team members, ensuring timely intervention.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the impact of interaction on overall well-being.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
- Bring previous experience working in a residential nursing Dementia setting to this role.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, including a competitive salary and benefits package.
