About the Role:

This is a full-time position at our office. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Attending to clients via telephone and in-person interactions
  • Daily filing and management of client files, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Diary Management
  • Organizing the scanning and photocopying of paperwork
  • Audiotyping from dictation

The ideal candidate will have previous legal assistant experience and be able to provide excellent support to our team.
