To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full Manual UK driving license.
- BM Trada or equivalent certification.
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
- CSCS card.
- Experience in social housing and FRA industry.
- A strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
