Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor our helpdesk team members
- Oversee ticket management to meet SLAs and efficiently handle escalations
- Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues and client concerns
- Analyse performance metrics to optimize our helpdesk services
Compensation Package: This position comes with an attractive salary of around £60,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and skills.
