Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor our helpdesk team members
  • Oversee ticket management to meet SLAs and efficiently handle escalations
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues and client concerns
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimize our helpdesk services

Compensation Package: This position comes with an attractive salary of around £60,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and skills.
