About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled M&E Project Manager to lead our projects in the commercial sector. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams and subcontractors, with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects worth up to £2 million.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, taking into account mechanical construction experience and knowledge.
  • Analyse data using Excel to inform decision-making and drive project success.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial project manager, with a strong background in electrical services.
  2. Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on mechanical construction and organisation.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
