At Dyer & Butler, we are seeking a highly skilled Air Condition Project Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex electrification projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively
  • Prepare budget based on project scope and resource requirements
  • Track project costs to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects
  • Knowledge of industry working practices and standards, including those of Network Rail
  • Commitment to health and safety and environmental protection
  • Working knowledge of CDM roles and SHEQ duties
  • Experience in planning software (MSP or P6 or similar)
  • Exceptional contract awareness and understanding of standard forms of contract
  • Recognised site safety management course
  • Strong leadership and role modelling skills
