Job Description:

CRA GROUP LIMITED seeks a highly skilled Business Development Project Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct project management support to the Parking Management Team and Head of Service. This includes assisting with preparation and presentations to Committees and all other types of meetings.

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.

A key aspect of this position is assisting the Parking Management Team in preparing a strategy to analyze the current Parking Services contract. This involves selecting a suitable form of contract to retender the service, ensuring best value for money to the Authority.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for the production and delivery of high-level service development and enhancement projects. These projects must align with Committee, Scrutiny, and Board requirements and expectations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Development Project Manager will monitor and manage the associated budget. They will also interrogate and manage back office software deployed by various contractors for management of services.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to establish and develop effective working relationships and productive partnerships with relevant partners, including those in education, health, social services, independent, and voluntary sectors.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience.
