About the Role:
  • This role involves designing and driving the HR agenda in partnership with the executive team to contribute to business success.
  • The successful candidate will advise on recognition and reward programmes, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • They will oversee training and career development programs to ensure growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the executive team to design and drive the HR agenda.
  2. Advise on recognition and reward programmes.
  3. Oversee training and career development programs.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience of working at senior HR Operations Manager / HR Director level within a similar setting.
  • Strong IT, data, and technical skills.
  • A superb people manager, experienced in managing, motivating, and developing a HR team.
