Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand-marketing strategies and plans to increase sales and market share.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Brand Strategies: Define and develop brand strategies across the marketing mix to maximize brand growth potential by utilizing insights from various data sources.
  • Develop and Implement Brand Plans: Develop and implement brand plans that deliver on marketing strategies and goals with measurable success measures and milestones.
  • Liaise with Marketing Teams: Liaise closely with relevant marketing teams, including Digital and Trade Marketing, to ensure excellence in execution of brand plans and strategic projects.
  • Manage Product Innovation: Manage the product innovation process, including insight generation, ideation, business case, product development, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Take full responsibility for forecasting and budgeting, ensuring demand projections are in line with demand trends and planned brand activities.
  • Brand Performance Reporting: Report and present brand performance, including internal financials and in-market performance, to various management levels.
  • Brand Content Development: Responsible for brand content development with preferred agencies and lead internal approval processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure brand content and activities meet regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements.
  • Regional Engagement: Engage with regional teams and show high responsiveness to provide and participate in area requests as and when required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver Brand Goals: Deliver brand goals, including sales, margin, offtake, market share, and budget.
  • Manage A&P Budget: Manage the A&P budget and expense processing.
  • Brand Planning: Develop and implement brand plans that deliver on marketing strategies and goals.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, including product innovation and brand planning.
  • Forecasting: Take full responsibility for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Reporting: Report and present brand performance to various management levels.
  • Innovation: Manage the product innovation process.
  • Insights and Analytics: Utilize insights from various data sources to inform brand strategies and plans.
  • Administration: Complete associated administration in line with policies and procedures.

General Accountabilities:

Comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.

Responsible for health, safety, and environmental performance of themselves and others through compliance within EHS programs, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Educated to Degree/Diploma Level: Educated to degree/diploma level in business and/or marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success within a brand manager or equivalent role.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience preferred.
