Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to young people with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with a team to create a safe and nurturing environment
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Child and Residential care (or a suitable alternative)
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviour
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and sleep-ins
- Valid UK manual driving license
