Job Opportunity

Our young people have faced challenging pasts, which often result in challenging behaviour. As a Youth Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping them overcome these challenges and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with a team to create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Child and Residential care (or a suitable alternative)
  • Understanding of trauma and its effects on behaviour
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and sleep-ins
  • Valid UK manual driving license
