Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS4 Centre Based Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Education at Ivy Resource Group. As a KS4 Centre Based Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to create a supportive learning environment
- Build relationships with students and their families, providing a positive and nurturing atmosphere
Requirements:
- At least 30 days of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Compassion, enthusiasm, and a genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners
