Job Title: Support Worker - SEND

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Special Educational Needs department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective operation of our SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish a safe and stimulating environment for students, promoting mutual respect and positive attitudes
* Work closely with subject leaders and teachers to ensure students with SEND make excellent progress
* Provide 1:1 intervention, small group work, and main classroom support
* Develop effective professional relationships with colleagues, knowing when to draw on advice and specialist support
* Demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning

Requirements:

* A passion for supporting students with SEND
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Commitment to promoting good and courteous behaviour
