About the Role

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Cheltenham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support individuals with daily activities, personal care, and medication management.
  2. Promote independence and engage individuals in various activities, shopping, and cooking.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless care and support.
  5. Document and maintain accurate records of individual support plans and progress.
  6. Participate in service monitoring and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who possess good communication skills, a patient and non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A valid driving license is essential for this role.
