Learning Support Specialist

At Teaching Personnel, we are dedicated to providing support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a Learning Support Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to children with SEND
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
* Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure that children with SEND are fully included
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEND
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of SEND legislation and policies
