About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Partner to join our KS2 team at Gretton Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our KS2 team to provide high-quality support and guidance to pupils with SEND.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance pupil learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for our pupils.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those with cognition and learning needs.
  • Understanding of and familiarity with strategies and interventions to support pupils with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to use your own initiative and attend training as required.
