About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a KS2 class. The successful candidate will support the teacher with lesson delivery, assist pupils with their learning, and provide individualized support to those who require it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher with lesson planning and delivery
- Assist pupils with their learning, particularly those who require additional support
- Provide individualized support to pupils who require it
- Manage behavior effectively and promote a positive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in a KS2 setting. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding demeanor, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to pupils.
