About the Role

The University of Bristol is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sports Centre team as a Centre Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the delivery of our sports and physical activity programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of sporting equipment, ensuring that facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote the benefits of sport and physical activity, and to encourage customers to engage with our programs and services.
  • Operate the Leisure Management System Legend, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • A passion for sport and physical activity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working in a busy multi-sport leisure environment, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a flexible approach to tasks and workload.
