Key Responsibilities

This senior leadership position involves driving the strategy and operations for fraud prevention and financial crime management within a leading financial organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for fraud prevention and financial crime detection
  • Designing customer contact and education strategies to enhance awareness and protect against fraud
  • Leading a large, distributed team to deliver excellent service and meet performance targets
  • Oversight of fraud detection systems, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organisational goals
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and collaborating with key stakeholders

We estimate the salary for this role to be in the region of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
