About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fraud and Financial Crime Strategist to lead our efforts in preventing economic crime and ensuring operational resilience.

This is a senior leadership position that demands exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to deliver customer-focused outcomes while safeguarding against economic crime risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for fraud prevention, financial crime detection, and operational resilience.
  • Design customer contact and education strategies to enhance awareness and protect against fraud, ensuring a balance between security and customer experience.
  • Lead a large, distributed team to deliver excellent service and meet all performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in fraud and financial crime operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal, regulatory, and industry standards in economic crime prevention.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, operational planning, and risk management.

The salary for this role is approximately £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
