Job Description:
  • To oversee the management of patients on the Neurorehabilitation service, ensuring high-quality care and effective treatment outcomes.
  • To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • To mentor and supervise junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing complex cases and developing individualised treatment plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • A strong understanding of adult acquired brain injury rehabilitation and its implications for SLT practice.

Salary: £51,883 - £58,544 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience.
