Job Description:

Pulse Careers is seeking a highly skilled Locum Speech Pathologist to join our team in a leading London hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy to adult patients with acute communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various acute conditions, including neurological disorders, stroke, head and neck cancer, and respiratory conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
