Decorative Lighting Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with interior designers, architects, and specifiers in the hotel and leisure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling decorative lighting solutions to clients in the contract market.
- Developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
- Working closely with our design-led decorative lighting manufacturer/supplier to understand their products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
About You
We are looking for an experienced specification sales professional with a strong background in the hotel and leisure sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Quarterly commission scheme with uncapped earnings potential.
CAR allowance of £500 per month.
26 days holiday plus bank holidays.

4.75% company pension contribution.
