Technical Cardiology Department Head

The Technical Cardiology Department at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the top five Centres by volume for implantation for Standard and Complex Pacemakers. We have an innovative training programme for Allied Health Care Professionals, including Cath Lab Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Promote effective governance and ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered.
- Ensure all clinical and non-clinical performance indicators, targets and objectives are met in line with national and local standards.
- Develop and implement action plans to address areas of non-compliance, where necessary with the Speciality Leads within Technical Cardiology.
The successful candidate will be expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence. The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
