
Senior Cardiology Specialist Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cardiac Echo Physiologist to lead our Department of Cardiac Physiology at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To promote effective governance and ensure the highest standard of clinical care is delivered in the department.
- To manage and lead the Technical Cardiology Department, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and safe Physiologist service.
- To develop and implement action plans to address areas of non-compliance with national and local standards.
Requirements:
- BSc Cardiology Clinical Physiology or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience of working and leading in the specialist field of Cardiology.
- Staff management experience and budgetary and financial management experience.
- Change management skills in a complex organisation.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
