Safeguarding and Support Coordinator

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated Social Worker to join their Adults North Locality Team in LONDON. This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in safeguarding and social care while working with a dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting safeguarding inquiries, providing expert advice, and carrying out home visits to assess individuals' needs.
Primary Duties:
- Investigate safeguarding concerns and document findings
- Offer guidance to the public, partner agencies, and regulated care providers on safeguarding best practices
- Complete thorough home visits and assessments, submit reports, and maintain case files
- Maintain effective communication with other professionals, stakeholders, and individuals at risk
Requirements:
- Be registered with the HCPC
- Demonstrate 3 years of experience in the UK Social Care sector
- Possess an enhanced DBS/CRB certification or be willing to obtain one
- Meet the necessary qualifications for working in the UK
