About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Targeted Family Support Manager to lead our family support team in the Camden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of family workers, ensuring efficient case allocation and management systems.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a temporary contract lasting 3-6 months.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage a team of family workers, ensuring high-quality practice and positive customer experience.
  • Manage operational delivery of family support casework, including efficient allocation and referral, case management, and case recording systems.
  • Provide reflective case supervision and day-to-day support for family workers, ensuring they are equipped to engage with children and families with complex needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification, such as social work or early years, and experience of managing a team delivering family support services.
  • Experience of providing flexible and responsive services, working in partnership with families to achieve high levels of engagement and meet their needs.
  • Experience of managing risk and advising practitioners on child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.
