About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Targeted Family Support Manager to lead our family support team in the Camden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of family workers, ensuring efficient case allocation and management systems.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £35 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a temporary contract lasting 3-6 months.
Job Description- Lead and manage a team of family workers, ensuring high-quality practice and positive customer experience.
- Manage operational delivery of family support casework, including efficient allocation and referral, case management, and case recording systems.
- Provide reflective case supervision and day-to-day support for family workers, ensuring they are equipped to engage with children and families with complex needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification, such as social work or early years, and experience of managing a team delivering family support services.
- Experience of providing flexible and responsive services, working in partnership with families to achieve high levels of engagement and meet their needs.
- Experience of managing risk and advising practitioners on child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.
