About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing health and safety compliance across all properties and spaces used by the organisation
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management approaches
  • Leading the Business Support Team in maintaining safe and equipped properties for staff and service users

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical health and safety management, with experience in residential property, social housing, maintenance, or facilities management. You will have Chartered status of IOSH or equivalent membership body, IOSH managing safety qualifications, NEBOSH National General Certification, and evidence of ongoing CPD.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance and excellent pension scheme.
