English Department Lead and Curriculum Developer

We are seeking an exceptional leader with expertise in literature and language to develop and implement an outstanding English curriculum that empowers students to become confident and articulate communicators. Your leadership skills will foster a collaborative and nurturing environment for our dedicated team of teachers, inspiring professional growth and effective teaching strategies.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Head of English or similar leadership role, with outstanding knowledge of the English curriculum and strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement while ensuring the effective use of resources and technology within the department.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
