Early Years Leadership Position

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Years professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, inclusive Early Years education at our foundation. As Early Years Manager, you will be responsible for further developing a child-centred, ambitious curriculum in line with EYFS requirements and the Ofsted Early Years inspection framework.
About the RoleYou will lead a passionate, committed team of 5 to create a safe, welcoming environment and ensure children of all abilities experience a broad range of play and fun learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality, inclusive Early Years education
- Lead a team of 5 to create a safe and welcoming environment
- Ensure children of all abilities experience a broad range of play and learning opportunities
You will be an experienced team leader with at least 2 years' experience leading the delivery of high-quality, inclusive Early Years services. You will have significant experience working with children aged 1 to 4, particularly partnering with other agencies and organisations to support vulnerable families and children with disabilities.
You'll hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector, as well as Maths level 2 or equivalent qualification or be willing to achieve this in the next 2 years.
