Improve Young Children's Lives as an Early Years Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our team of dedicated staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive Early Years education at our Fairfield Pre-school.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to develop and expand our Early Years services, further enhancing the lives of young children and their families in the community. As Early Years Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to create a safe, welcoming environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a child-centred, ambitious curriculum in line with EYFS requirements and the Ofsted Early Years inspection framework.
  • Lead a passionate team to create a broad range of play and fun learning opportunities for children of all abilities.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,665 (based on working 40 hours per week) and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
