Teaching Assistant Role
At EdEx, we seek an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our Camden-based primary school. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the educational experiences of our Reception pupils, collaborating closely with the class teacher to design and deliver engaging lessons and activities.

Main Duties
• Work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Develop and implement targeted interventions for students requiring additional academic or pastoral support, under the guidance of the class teacher and senior leadership team.
• Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity, recognizing and responding to the diverse needs of pupils, including those with SEN, ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech and Language issues.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess a graduate degree, a strong academic record, and relevant experience working with children in an educational setting. Excellent communication skills, a passion for Early Years education, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team are essential qualities for this position.
