About the Role:
This Behaviour Teaching Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant secondary school in Camden, supporting students with challenging behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver academic lessons and provide behaviour support to students. You will also lead interventions to help students overcome their behavioural challenges and reach their full potential.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
- Experience working with children or young people
- DBS clearance or willingness to obtain it
- Knowledge of SEN needs
- Availability to start ASAP
- Ability to work Monday to Friday
