Job Summary
EdEx seeks an accomplished Teaching Assistant to join their prestigious primary school in Camden, London. As a key member of the Reception team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners and supporting their holistic development.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and group support to EYFS students, facilitating their engagement and progress in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement targeted interventions for students requiring additional academic or pastoral support.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and respect, acknowledging and addressing the diverse needs of pupils, including those with SEN, ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech and Language issues.

Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this position, you must hold a graduate degree, possess a strong academic record, and have prior experience working with children in an educational setting. Your commitment to ongoing professional development, exceptional communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team are also essential.

Working Arrangements
