This full-time vacancy seeks an outstanding candidate to join the school's journey of growth. The school leadership supports all staff to achieve their full potential.

The Job

The school is looking for a passionate English professional to provide the best opportunity for students across the school. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the strategic direction of your subject development, lead training programs, and enhance English pedagogy and practice across the school.

  1. Deliver outstanding teaching that meets the needs of all students.
  2. Support the school in raising standards of teaching and learning across the department and monitoring progress towards agreed aims.
  3. Support and hold to account other staff in the school through teaching and learning programs.
  4. Support the school in implementing agreed whole-school policies and initiatives.
  5. Plan and facilitate professional learning workshops as requested.

Requirements

  1. Hold a teaching qualification.
  2. Have outstanding teaching practice.
  3. Have experience of improvement planning.
  4. Contribute to the quality of learning and teaching and curriculum.
  5. Have experience of high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
