Senior Construction Manager

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our team in the development of high-rise residential projects. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of projects from planning design to completion.

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Direct and guide a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality results on time.
  2. Health & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
  3. Cost Controls: Collaborate with the commercial team to maintain budget adherence and cost controls.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering medium to high-rise residential developments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
