CRA GROUP LIMITED is a leading provider of housing services in Camden, and we are seeking an experienced Resident Support Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers and provide support to manage the team.

About the Role

The Resident Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining an overview of current workloads and understanding residents' properties and neighbourhoods in context. They will also develop skills and knowledge in key areas to meet residents' demands, and offer a clear point of contact to resolve residents' demands.

We are looking for someone who has experience in spotting patterns, trends and blockages preventing an effective service and building evidence bases to support change. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work closely with colleagues in other services to resolve problems.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will also have a General education qualification, and an enhanced DBS.
